- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wish I could rate this place a zero. But to future customers be aware of this dental place. I had my wisdom teeth done over a year ago and they ended sending me a massive bill saying that I still owed them money. I talked to the manager, Jessica, and she even spoke with my father saying that my insurance will cover 80% and I only needed to pay the rest. She even said that she called my insurance and they gave her the ok that they will cover it. But when I called my insurance they told me they never received any calls from Aspen Dental...I called this place multiple times and they kept saying it wasn't their fault and that I should wait for my insurance a couple more days and they will fix the constant bills saying I didn't pay. We eventually had to pay in full. Please double check with your insurance before you believe anything they say and choose to sign any contract. They have lost me as a patient and I will never come back here and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.October 26, 2017by Felicia Mach
